I -sorta- see the point of the "get off my land" now that it's been put into context, but there's a much easier way to do it. The problem was, he was standing on his own claim, and a well-meaning ranger thought he was trespassing (but apparently he couldn't find a scent?). He was unable to prove that he owned the land. Ultimately, this specific point is moot, because if you've memorized someone you can change their name from "???" to something more recognizable. Then when you try and walk onto the land, it will say "This land is owned by ???" or "This land is owned by Girlinhat" or something, instead of the default "This land is owned by someone." Really, less an issue of "I can't prove I own this" and more an issue of "incompetent ranger".
Also, the rest: why? It's cute, sorta, but any game that allows you to make a motion or a sound eventually ends with mass-spamming of that. Not that I have anything against watching people wiggle on the screen while filling the chat bar with "/me dances" 200 times a second because they put it on a hotbar and used a repeating macro. No, that would be good, right? Other games do that, and look how good their player base is!
Beyond that: Chat. Speak. Use your fingers to place words that you've created. It works just as well, and, lo and behold, we already have chat!
