it says that in the wiki, but I just burned a full smelter of ore and got 1 bar of iron and I'm full industry...lots of stuff in this game has more to do with luck than anything else, but as I said I'm against having an actual luck skill added to the game

All the luck you are talking about can be evened out by big enough production facilities. A deadly blow in combat where without a luck attribute you might have survived cannot.

I thought there already is luck in game? Aren't most things affected by a random number generator?

No, not really, kind of, sort of?

Anything that is is evened out by the repetitive nature of all tasks.

Karma exists in this game, if that's what you're talking about, it just takes ages to take effect. :P

My color is Green
I value growth, life, adaption, and nature. I love to hunt, mate, kill, and eat--to me that's all there is. At my best I am instinctual and unpretentious. At my worst, I am vicious and unthinking. My symbol is a tree. My enemies are blue and black.

I only skimmed the posts so sorry if someone said/implied this already but..

If luck becomes a skill value; how is that luck at all? It would just become another thing to grind with (most probably) overpowering results.

Like ImAwesome said, you have luck, you can see it when raiding anthills, and getting webs etc.
Changing it into a skill value means that it is no longer luck but another skill :?

Let us reflect upon the good he was able to do during his short time in the hearthlands.
Let us remind ourselves of his bravery and willingness to fight for the safety of his friends!
Let us hope he can surpass his previous achievements in his future lives.

HnH is hardcore maths. What's this "karma" thing you speak of?
