Wow, Jackard you've really outdone yourself. I'm glad you think that, but it's really not up to you now is it? I wasn't aware that you were a developer and could make administrative decisions about the website like jorb and loftar can. This thread isn't about you, or for you. It's hopefully for devs to read, as it is something that only they could implement if they decided to take that direction with the forums in which they own and you don't. If the moderation team likes it, that's an added bonus for JnL to consider.
I can state this with confidence despite have no direct control over it for the following reasons:
- Our insider knowledge allows us to more accurately gauge developer response than the average forumer.
- We have been chosen to manage the forums for them, and they are unlikely to implement measures we oppose in that regard.

cfernald and people of his ilk are obviously looking for the rules to be very specific so that he can be as annoying as possible without technically breaking the law. It's funny how 99% of the forum populations has no problem not getting banned with the current loose regulations.
