Well, loftar has asked for help in the past with optimizing the OpenGL and rendering optimization, but nobody has seemed willing or able to help with that. Why should he ask for help with something that hasn't been made public?
Because new people come and go and might be one newbie that has more knowledge of him and tell him some things.
