New Skill : Portents and Fortunes
Requires : Hearth Magic
Cost : 8000 lp
Effect : Adds an option under the adventure screen named "tell fortune"
Tell fortune works in the following way :
1. Cannot be applied to yourself, only to other players
2. Uses up one of the following items; seers bones, seers tea leaves or seers bowl. Randomly selected if more than one is present. The item used determines the kind of bonuses given (listed in order of bonus power).
3. Grants a random bonus for (Item Quality/10) real time hours to the person it is used on.
4. Only one bonus may be applied at a time, attempting to tell another fortune on the same target gives the message "Their fate is already certain for now"
Some example bonuses :
Fortunate Hunt - Grants +1 quality to any object harvested from animals
Premonition Of Danger - +5 strength
Clear Sight - +5 perception
Divine Gifts - +1 numen gain for any sacrifice
