hasn't it been said a couple time by both Loftar and/or Jorb that haven will never be commercialized?'

That being said I'd LOVE to see it on Kickstarter if it meant regular weekly updates and brought in more people.

i'm pretty sure that the main reason is that this is a pet project for them. I doubt they want to deal with an legal or binding things that something like adding money into the mix would cause.

It's too late for salem, it's had 50 bars of wrought iron shackled to its ankles, then thrown in a river.
Early world exploit: Put your hearthfire inside a cave, then hold shift to position a claim right in front of a cave. After 8 hours the claim will be unbreakable. Since your hearthfire is inside the cave, you can still get back inside, and leave, but nobody will be able to enter, effectively making you unraidable for the first 3-7 days. Enjoy
