1. No, an arbitrary cut-off for LP is dumb. The blue eyes has some basis already.
3. Soak isn't really the difficulty, you can get past the soak easy, but the health is what makes it take 10 minutes to bash 10 hearths. I don't see a problem with 0ing the soak though, if someone doesn't want a HF there that just appeared, it shouldn't be there, as long as they have vandalism.

1-the cut off for baby blue is interacting with an item, you want to get rid of that you'll need a new cut off. this was your idea so make a suggestion.

3-if you're doing more damage each hit(no soak) you'll get through the hp much faster. at 25 strength and a stone axe(min to damage a HF now) it takes 250 hits to kill a hf now, but would only take 42 without the soak...at 1 hit per second(or is it 2 hits per second?) thats less than 1 minute to take out a hf with pretty low stats.

3. True, but HP is just a way to cut through that. It really doesn't matter which you change, just a lower soak could be destroyed by a far weaker character than normal, it's up to loftar if he wants to change the original strength of hearth fires for baby blue hearths.
