Board Games & Card Games

So, me being bored earlier today with nothing better to do was thinking.. why isn't there board games, as well as card games here on H&H?

You would be able to purchase the skill, Board Games & Card Games(Or a different name, maybe? :X) for I would say 1000LP.

Basic "building" information:
-In relation to board games, you would be able to play Chess, and Checkers.
-Being that this is a "Board" game, you would need to use ONE board.
-In relation to the pieces, you would use blocks of wood to carve out the pieces with most likely your stone axe.

Basic rules:
-A timer would be tied to the game and if you don't move in a certain amount of minutes your turn will be come forfeit.
-Obviously during the game pieces, the board, and the table would not be able to be moved until the game is lost by someone.

In order to play you would need the set the board up and make all the pieces and have a table to put it all on. There would be two places open to play, and anyone else that tries to enter after the game has already started will have the option to "spectate" as in, to watch the actual game being played.

Now on to the fun one's. Poker & Blackjack.

-In order to make a pack of cards, you would need ONE block of wood, and this should give next to no LP.
-Obviously you would need a table as well to put the cards on.

With Blackjack, there would be two players and it would play like normal blackjack. However the twist here is you would be able to BET LP.

Poker would be a bit more of a fun time. With poker you would play pretty much like normal where you raise and call people, but in addition to that. You would have "bluff" faces. Where you can make a straight face, laughing face, angry face, nervous face, etc. Basically to add more to the "impact" of the poker game. Now an interesting twist is that you can CHEAT if you want to, however. If you were to cheat it would leave a "cheat scent" which you could be summoned for. Obviously all the same rules for "scents" would apply.

Basic Info in relation to Poker
-In order to "cheat" on another player, you would need I would say a minimum of 25 stealth, and probably a few "prerequisite" skills like Tricks & Ruses, and Will To Power, before getting actual skill to "cheat" in the CARD game.
-I would say the maximum amount of people to play would be 10.

Fail-safe's for betting:
-You would be limited to the amount of LP you could bet in a given day(probably best to only have it as high as 1000LP...if that.)
-You would be limited to the amount of times you could bet in a given day(I would say maybe 10-25 times.)
-You won't be able to play outside of a personal claim or a village claim(mainly as everyone would then go and abuse the "cheating" capability.)

Fun Thoughts before any of you might bash the thread:
-Haven't you always wanted to go across the table in H&H and murder a player?
-This would be a unique way to provide nubs and others that fall behind a chance to catch up, even if only a bit.
-This would inevitably result in at least a small % less of spam grinding.

Feel free to suggest more card games and board games, as well as any more fail-safe's and rules you think i should have mentioned, as well as what you think of this idea. From my about 20 or so searches, I came up with NO valid topic in relation to this. Feel free to provide me the keywords you searched for in relation to this if you do find a thread that is similar to this. I am sure there is one, but in no way am I going to dig through 50 posts to find it.

They generally don't like me for whatever the reason. Probably because I posted a thread about numerous suggestions in which Macro'ing could be almost completely eliminated. Anyways. I don't really care what the troll's think really, what matters in the end is that the thread is alive long enough for the dev's to read it and consider implementing it.

Yes because we came to play H&H for board games and not the actual game. Otherwise maybe card/board games on the site for when the server goes down with a high score list?

If you are going to be adding board games and card games, might as well add gambling for a function that is more than aesthetic gameplay and some value in the world. May also cause some decent drama.

If games are added, people can handle gambling on their own. Payment shouldn't be enforced by the game, since trade isn't either.
