Stacking

If you could stack items like in Minecraft it would be so much easier to do everything! Please consider this idea :)

No. Inventory management is a key element to Haven And Hearth. Stacking would ruin this.

I like the idea of stacking items, it works with some items why not others? I can see why some items shouldn't stack, but for small items of the same quality you should be able to.

just a few examples:
stone, a load of q10 stone in 1 inv slot would be great for hunting
straw, its 1 little wheat stalk why not be able to stack a bunch of the same quality?
seeds, so tiny, think about the difference between holding a stick in your hand(branch is 1 slot) and a handful of seeds
feathers, so small why would 1 feather take up the same amount of space as a large thick metal helmet?

Inventory management is not an integral part of Haven, it's just annoying. That said, please use the search function to find similar ideas, this is not a new or unique idea and you'd benefit more from contributing to a well established thread/idea rather than presenting a sentence and hoping for the best.

stone mansions are an inventory item now? damn have i been doing it wrong...

also, if you've not played minecraft, considering he said "like minecraft". in minecraft not everything is stackable, even though how this is worked out is retarded considering you can stack 64 1m cubed blocks in a stack and you can have 36 stacks in a full inventory yet you can only carry 36 small hatches... none the less my point still... hmm... ok bad example

what he should have said is stacking like Wow, regardless of the fact that you can hold mammoths in your bag... wait... god damn it games, why are none of you logical...
Oh boy, here I go cheesemaking again...
