Boo. I tend to summon people without CA on simply to memorize them. Then I have a talk with them about what they did.

I find them. However, IIRC I summoned someone in Grey City, memo'd him, right-clicked and clicked "Chat". Then I talked to him when he went on.

Regardless, you shouldn't be able to summon without leaving a scent of your own. Period.

I'm not sure about the rightclick-chat, but I like having people memo'd anyway. I remember memoing my murderer before I died, don't know why.

not 100% sure this still works since alot has changed, but if you're at the HF and they're offline but you have the scent you can memorize from the HF without actually summoning...

I use it with trespassing scents so I can keep track of who came on my land and yell at/shoot them later depending on how things go when I confront them about it
