Deleting characters.

You guys should add a little button next to the 'play character' screen that allows you to delete your character. Maybe even make it so you have to type in a random set of words and numbers to confirm the deletion, so you don't do it by accident. I hate having a messy character list. :(

A character with 0 LP is impossible to kill unless I'm missing something.

It would be darned difficult, but if you were patient you could kill them through starvation.

And if they walked around barefoot they could take damage from splinters in their feet.

No, there is no easy, "oops! I didn't mean to create that character!" delete button. One technique you can use is to have multiple accounts. When you are tired of a character just don't log in on the account anymore.

When my character was knocked out by a bear I made some alts to lure the bear away. Unfortunately most of the alts were knocked unconscious too. It's hard to kill those off with zero LP. It'd be much more effective to have a delete button on the starting page, and there wouldn't be any negative effects to having one there either. :)

take off their shoes. run around the forest. if you want to speed things up, get 200 lp, get fishing, then get 500 more and get swimming, problem solved.

It's not that hard to code in a simple button to remove a character from your character list, heck there's even space for it beneath the play button. And even if they do add the button, it won't negatively impact on your gameplay either. In fact I have a feeling that a lot of players (especially the newer ones like myself) would actually benefit from the addition. It would probably have to negate reincarnation though, to avoid being somehow abused.

If you don't like the idea/suggestion then that's fine, I get it. You've made your opinion clear on the topic, but you're not the only one playing this game.

No. Not if after you pressed the button you were prompted to enter either your character's name, your account name, the word 'delete' or a randomly generated word. That way it'd essentially be fool proof, and much quicker than starvation, earning 500+ lp or walking around barefoot.

Honestly, drowning your characters if they're under the 1k cap for branch LP isn't that bad - I just drowned three newbie characters in less than twenty minutes. It's really not that bad.
