Which is 432% which is pretty crazy. I assumed it was LP + LP* .2 + LP*3 which is 320%.

Regardless, my question was whether the difference between 1 tick and 0 ticks was the same as the difference between 4 ticks and 5 ticks.
EG, if it was the same, each tick would make a 60% difference (ignoring peaceful/martial for the moment) wheras if it were non-linear, the first tick might only provide a small boost (say 5%) and the last tick might provide a larger boost (say 65%).

I guess I'm confused as to whether Delmore is saying that the last tick specifically has more value than any of the other ticks, or whether he's making the more broad statement that change in general is good, and anyone who doesn't chose it is making the wrong decision.

432%? what? LP x 1.2 x 3 = LP x 3.6 (360%)

i think the ticks "stack" because if i recall correctly the first point of change i got put me at about 124 or 128

LP (100%) x changeP1 (~125%) x changeP2 (~125%) x changeP3 (~125%) x changeP4 (~125%) x changeP5 (~125%) = 300%

so the first one adds ~25%, 2nd one adds ~31%, 3rd one ~39%, 4th one ~49%, 5th one ~56%

~125
~156
~195 (edit: 192.5)
~244 (this one is probably 240 because my LP gain right now is 288 and i'm 4 change 5 peaceful, 240 x 1.2 = 288)
~300

of course this is all with martial/peaceful in the middle and of course i'm not sure about these numbers at all

Yeah, I must have hit the wrong calculator button... I can't do multiplication in my head well (even 3*2 then divide by 10).

What I'm trying to say is, most people boost peaceful to boost change, so the point that adds the single most unless you some how have maxed peaceful before you start doing change, is the last point into change after maxing peaceful.
The difference between 72% more long term and 10% less lost is huge, I'd take the 72% any day.
Right now I'm full trad anyway so the point is moot.
