I agree with you that the resource system needs some tweaking, but that's just one cause of spamming characters. I only became aware of it by reading Potjeh's post in the other thread. Surely we can do both, no? It's not entirely logical for a single account to be able to have 400 different characters on it, regardless of WHY.
