Eh, probably so, but ideally it could be a nice change of pace over killing everything that isn't you. I figure you use this as a new non-lethal way of dealing with hostiles; one could interrogate their HF out of them, send someone to smash it, get their village idol location out of them, smash it, beat their travel weariness to the max, then be able to blindfold them (which would turn their HUD black until you turn them loose or otherwise act on them), and then throw them in the middle of the wilderness...

I want to go back to the good old days of worrying whether or not a deer crapped in the stream I'm drinking from, not whether the red bone-filled river I'm wading in might give my hearthling AIDS. Messy, messy, messy...
