I don't think he was really contesting the fact of what you could have had, merely correcting the comment that Pande had over 20M within months of W5.

Just saying a lot more would have been possible, since that seems relevant to what magicMan wanted to know.

If pande had of actively used statues as well (since it was mostly just banners), probably could of had a lot more too. Was more just saying it wasn't exactly to the extreme of having 20 mil a couple of months in ;) . I think ladygoo said echo had 18 million at the end of the world (or around that) to give another number. Templeton probably had a dickton of auth too considering their bull shit statue surrounded town.

No world reset anymore! Ores grow back in 30 days, Tree's grow back in 30 days (if trunk is still standing), personal claims are being deleted if there isn't activity on it for 20 days(criminal acts don't count as activity) and hf is auto destroyed in 25 days if not logged into the char. If anyone have got more idea's i would like to hear it (only serious idea's) and i hope jorb and loftar will use this.

Maybe this idea won't work but it would be better than if there would come a new world and only the characters that didn't log in for 30 days untill the reset would be deleted. So everyone will have the same character or can at least inherit the character of the prev. world

Don't forget personal claims. They never decay or go away. Given enough time the entire world could essentially be covered by personal claims, with the large majority of them being owned by inactive players.

World resets are a good thing, if the world doesn't have any sort of expansion.

Sorry I even brought Pande up... I was thinking DoG said he (and whoever was working on it) got it up to 20M, but maybe it was a reference to Sodom in w3 or another village that was known to have broke 20M. But yeah, my point was that if you make your personal claim large enough, it'll be big enough nobody will want to try and drop a Village claim to revoke it, mostly because the amount of authority needed will be so much that even the most active villages won't be able to make enough statues and banners to build up the authority cap.

Yes, it's very easy to maintain, but who cares about maintenance. I was just speaking of "temp villages" meant to do one thing: Revoke the Privilege! Of course, if I understand the authority mechanics right, there's a couple of exploits to fill that much authority quickly. It just takes a lot of dreams and bones.

I don't think hearth fires should be destroyed in 25 days. Maybe make them trespassable, saves alot of frustration by HF blocks.. just like your own HF
Hope you have a great day

You're right here. We all have really ready access to just about every single resource. The only difference being the quality that we have access to. It'd be really nice to have resources that are limited to certain regions and meaningful diversity. Non-renewable resources that are extremely limited and that easily found deposits will be permanently exhausted relatively early into the game would be brilliant too.
