Given the skull update, it seems like Jorbtar wants more aggression rather than less. So ya, don't increase costs, thank you.

I hardly think that the addition of something Sabinati has been asking for for 4 years is a call for "more aggression" by Jorb. Regardless, with a sliding scale there would be just as much aggression as skills would cost the same as now unless it's your 2nd, 3rd, 4th etc etc character.

you could even have the reincarnate of your first character have current skill costs so it stays the same across the board.

But that only affects active player characters. Ie 2 hour a day hermits. Alts live safe in basements robotically cramming curios into their ears.

Maybe use reCAPTCHA for popping curios onto the grid?

I couldn't get past this part so if someone else already said it ignore me...thats too much for a skill thats needed as much as it is. if everyone started with a boat I'm sure noone would care about that, but a boat is the most important thing you can have and any actual noobs won't have 1 for atleast a week at that cost(unless some nice person makes a sign for them)

Or if the world wasn't completely criss crossed with unswimmable rivers. Boats wouldn't be as necessary then.

I got a suggestion to fix alt spamming.

Limit alt creation to 1 character PER 12 hours, PER account.

There they can't simply register 50 accounts ahead of time and memorize every single one of them and log them in and spam it. Because if they want more they gotta 'register' more.

This makes it easier for the admins behind the servers to see large amount of accounts being created for said ip in rapid speed.

What i notice is, character creation is NEVER finished until they leave the room, hence character is not 'created' and cannot be postponed in any form.

Oh, yeah, that'll do it.

Why not? I don't understand what you mean by the second part.

No problem. Just do it over a longer period of time. I and most other vets already have several accounts from the years of playing.

in all the last worlds I only had 2 chars.

this world, i'm seeing if having an alt for every lil thing is really that much of a game changer.

I know this, I could easily make enough crafter food and curios for at least 10 chars easy last world. prolly would take me an hour(more like a half hour really) tops with the productions I had last world.

Well slowing alt creation is one thing, stopping bots is a totally different thing...
