This thread is messed up, what with the edits.

It doesn't make sense to need to eat 50 apples between starving and full. Other than making people click more, what's the reason for fruit reducing hunger by so little? Giving them an incentive to eat something else? It doesn't make sense to have to eat ten loaves of bread, either. I don't want to argue for FEP foods taking away more hunger, because that's just more plow/water, but it doesn't matter for 0 FEP food.

In the line of mini-features and stealth updates, increasing the hunger restored by fruit would not be unusual or pointless. It might be undesirable, but if it is I don't see why.

again agreed. even without a full re-work, making apples sustain you for longer would take a lot of the pain off new players.

Last I heard though they were concerned about the impact on the economy (parhaps there's people out there buying food from vending stalls just for sustenance rather than for FEP)

Plus if you're like me and have Satellite Internet, having to wait a few seconds between your clicks is hell for picking & eating a shitload of apples. It would help a lot there.

I was almost opening a thread with the same question.
Please, slow down the hungry.

In a real day, we have hungry 4 time. OOK! So is ok that my charachter become hungry.
But, to be full, we DON'T need ten or more beef. Can you imagine how much are, ten beef?
If don't want to slow the hungry, make the food point better. One beef should give really a lot more than now. I, usually, don't eat a tons of meat to be full...are ok one, or two. if i have only those, then ok, three. But TEN...just Obelix, i suppose..XD

Actually the things are wrong. Or the food or the hungry speed. I suggest to look for the food, probably it give really few.

(I'm not english, so don't kill me XD)
