you know having a tent have slots like the boats or carts is actually a great idea. you can't put cabinets in them (at least not with anything in the cabinet). don't know if you'd need to store a boat in the tent though, boats have slow enough decay i think. but a right click "open" with 2-4 slots for baskets or whatever and a right click "sleep" option would be fairly well balanced i think.

I'd say a small tent with the specifications Sab just threw out, and then a larger communal tent which is enter-able with space comparable to a cabin for nomadic groups and such.

And a "Peace Pipe". Put that hemp to good use.

I think a tent with two object slots like boat is a great idea. Furthermore, it should turn into a travois when packed, so you can drag it around and still be able to lift stuff. Travois should move at crawl speed if you drag it by hand. Once we get draft animals, they could drag it at walk speed on all terrain (no bonus for roads). This would also make it a nice cart replacement for off-road, but still leave carts as the best option for hauling stuff on roads.

nah, a tent that small should just pack up into inventory. maybe if there was a large communal tent it would need to be a travois
