A bit offtopic, but the search engine does suck, really bad.

We need a tag system or something similar.

True, but getting a better one probably won't force people to use it.

Perhaps if there was a search engine that searched for similar threads to the first post in C&I right before the person posted it.

Lifting Speed got me the Thread that Sab wrote all the way back in September 2009...

Well, since the forum user is linked to ingame avatars:
maybe loftjorb should impose a 10% LP loss for all avatars on the account for not using the search prior to posting...
