Lower plow field Stamina threshold to 10 or 15%

i'm doing hand plowing a lot just because it's faster to do and not having to fetch a plow - uuh and i never was aware of that shovel thing ... guess i need to check it out one day

I switch between shovel and scythe when I farm.
Fuck plows.

Could always go back to the way it was before and make hand-plowing use no stamina at all.
