and yes 2nd speed setting. if I click raid on a hill without being set to run, I usually take atleast 2 hits before I make it to the water.

you need to click waaaay less. the more you click, the slower you go.

I know there are lethal ants, but it is also scary and a bit stupid for me. Ok, be able to hurt you, but they shouldn't be able to kill you. That is just ridiculous. Who thinks of killing ants when ants come into a conversation? They could either give you a debuff (like "allergy" or "ant bite") or able to hurt, but they shouldn't be able to damage you to 0, only 'til 1). I've never died of ants, but still.

But. Real reason why they should be nerfed:
"Haven & Hearth is a MMORPG (Massive Multiplayer Online Roleplaying Game) set in a fictional world loosely inspired by Slavic and Germanic myth and legend."

WHERE and WHEN did this dangerous ants lived in slavic and german territories (or I could even say Europe as well)?
Answer: nowhere in Europe, and never. There are extremly dangerous ants in the US, but not in Eu. Reason: European ants only have HCOOH, which is actually on my native language called "ant acid" (formic acid in english). Most lethal ants, like the red/yellow harvesters, and fire ants, as the most well knowned species have venoms made up of alkaloids (piperidin for example in fire ants). The ant acid is only dangerous if you're allergic, or given in ridiculous amounts, wich you won't get from ants around here, while venom is a completely different story.

I could tell you more, but really don't want to bore you guys. >.<

Well, if you're hunting ants at less than full HHP, you probably deserve to die to an ant bite.

Even at my most noobiness, I have have never died to ants. Took a lot of damage? yeah.

But yeah, let's bring in the whole "logical" argument.... when did hemp use to be smokable? where's tobacco from? pumpkins? I don't recall ancestral worship as a part of Nordic or Germanic mythologies (but then I didn't study those as much as Greek/Roman; only culture I recall it from is Eastern, namely Japan). Get over it and drop it. Learn how to play the game instead of whining a part might be too hard. If you can't get past the ants, I have no clue what you're going to do against a boar or bear.
Opinions expressed in this statement are the authors alone and in no way reflect on the game development values of the actual developers.
