So substitute the turkey, caribou and mountain lion with pheasants, reindeer and lynx respectively. The moose and beavers can stay. (Add stoats and swans if you want more aggressive animals)

Not a huge fan of dragons. No matter how you implement them, some smarm will figure out how to turn it into a industry.
