Rather than slowing hunger or making fruit add more per unit (which would probably be bad for travel rations balance) could we just get an 'eat fruit' option on the tree which would repeatedly eat until full and so avoid all the repetitive pick/eat cycle RSI issues.

The pointless pick/eat cycle is my biggest annoyance so far (yes I'm new I'm sure there are bigger problems I'll see later)

The fear that keeps me sleepless at night is how much RAEG the food rebalance will get us. The impact on the economy will be massive.

The only problem I have with the hunger bars is that I can't easily eat all the food I want to. Even going from 10% starving to 100% full is only like 16 food items or something. Less if it's DDD's or something like that.

Admittedly, when I lived on apples it seemed to go down much quicker.

QUICK TIP for all you people having trouble with food: Don't worry at all about getting down to 10% very hungry before eating. I usually go down into starving, as you don't lose hhp all that quickly. Then you can just eat all at once :)

People trade for food for FEP's not for hunger. Now, that said, I DID once, buy some food because I had the lack of foresight to get myself stuck far away from my village with nothing to eat and was having a friend visit me to pick up something I was giving him and he offered to bring me a chest of DDD's. THat's the closest I've ever come to trading for food for hunger. As it was I had eaten two FEP bars worth of pumpkin skins (And unfortunately gained 1 con point) despite having a mulberry tree I almost puked at the thought of using.

This hunger issue really only affects newbies who have not built or joined a settlement yet and have a shittons of work to do and no means of eating besides eating apples.

There may be some affect on the market as noobs begin to spend less time in front of the goddamn apple tree and more time being productive...

I believe that...for anyone two whom this is relevant proabbly has less than 50 HP. Which would really make any loss significant. I've personally seen half a dozen 'Why did I die?" Starvation threads.

i up this topic. isn't so good that i eat 6 breads and five minuts later, simple working, i'm starving.
If you want keep the hungry speed so fast, could you, please, give to foods more points? Why i need to eat a shop of breads to be full? If i eat 3 breads and i'm full, isn't better and more realistic?
It don't riun the trades, because the hungry speed don't slow and if a man work hard, he will starving anyway. Simple, he CAN work, before go to hunt or make breads...
