Wearing chainmall and other body armor at a same time

Just assume plate armour already includes a layer of chainmail and that-thing-you-wear-to-avoid-chafing-that-I-don't-know-the-English-name-for underneath it. Vapntreyiu is the reinforced variant of it.

The problem with all-metal onion armor is that that would end up with high tier toons that have soaks in the 1000+ and soak+absorbs in the 2000+. I don't see a big problem with leather though.
