Warddrobes - C'mon man, c'mon

Just have it so you right-click the slot, it pops up an 'equip' guy, you drop equips on him, and it swaps them out whenever you leftclick the portrait. It's annoying as hell as it is and I'd honestly really like it.

I've moved one into my house in anticipation of good things.

I still haven't successfully used a wardrobe. Not that I've really tried, most of my attempts have been during raids.

I would prefer it if the wardrobe left those clothes on me that are not in it. For example I never really need to change boots, so if I don't put any in the wardrobe I'd still be wearing my rangerboots after changing all the rest. As it stands now I'd have to make a second pair of boots to not make the wardrobe super annoying and useless.
