Mailbirds

I dont know or anyone thought about this before , but i think mailbirds would be pretty cool .
You can catch wild bird ( these need to be added first and will appear like chickens on grassland and can be cought by right clicking on them ) and put them in a coop like a cicken coop but not looking thesame the coop for the birds would be like a pillar.
You have to make a kind of equipment out of leather for the bird this equipment should have a tube thats at the back of the bird when you equiped it to the bird.
Before you equip it to the bird you first need to put a perchament with a map or text on it into the tube (i think you shold be able to put up to 5 perchament into it)
than equip it to the bird .
Before you can "send" the message youll need a sign to the village you want to send the message to like with the CR's (this leads to another bird coop) .
You can name the bird coop's like the CR's .
Now when your bird is fully equiped and it has a message into its tube and you have such a sign you can send your bird by right clicking on it and selecting send to ... , you will get a popup screen with all the coops you have a sign to just select the village and the bird will leave .
For reading the messages you right click the bird and selct take perchaments you char will take all perchaments that are in the tube and you can read the message voila.
If anyone has an idea to mark your bird say it becouse i havent yet .
sorry for bad english .

The problem with this is that we have ingame pm which would make this obsolete. However if you could train hawks to go out and hunt rabbits or other small animals and bring you back them then this could be a fun little add on, other then that I dont see messenger birds ever being imputed due to PM ingame

Maybe a village could have some sorta "birdhouse", then villages could send birds between each other.

Unless the birds brought requests for like goods or such for trade then it could work. It would essentially be like the mail system of many mmo just instead of mail slots you use birds.

The idea is that you can send ingame messages even when the other person is ofline.

Unless we are using large bird as in falcons or eagles whom can carry a few pounds your small packages might end up being a seed pouch or something small along those lines. In anyway as long as they cant carry like a bronze plate or any bars (possibly a few nuggets at most) then im fine.

But there has to be some danger in sending stuff this way, I mean will the birds fly off or will they be automatic.
