Skirt

Mostly frivilous but meaningful enough as my girlfriend plays with me; she would like a skirt for her character and its a bit odd that there are none in the universe at all. Its purely for cosmetic reasons, but would be consistent with the universe and even if it came with only a debuff, I think would be used by some players.

I didn't feel so either, but its probably worthwhile to knock it out into some sort of 'misc' category for the devs to go over when they have time.
