Make Exploration Useful

Player tracking, radius is increased by skill.

No accurate information, just things like "It looks like someone has moved to your east!" to signify that a player is east.

In a 3D pvp game it is easy to tell where people are even if they are a distance away from you.

In this 2D isometric view, you can see nothing but your screen, it's as if our eyesight is limited by a dense fog.

At certain levels of exploration you should be able to estimate where the closest clay pit is
One day I hope to start a village. It shall be called 'Fruit Town'

Maybe have it so the recharge on the scents is reduced depending on your exploration level.

@PhaedrothSP:
According to the wiki, that is already the case.

My fault for not using it enough then.

I don't really see what else it could really do, maybe if it was involved in finding those geology points for mines, but that doesn't matter until the new map.
