i know that undoubtebly you have already played around with this idea but it has not been developed so far, i think that spears would put a great new element to the game, being able to throw them as a range weapon and also as melee, there could also be many types such as a simple 'hunters spear'-1rock-1string-1branch or so, then a hirdsman spear, cheiftain spear and perhaps a lawspeakers staff, it would be a great new aspect of HnH
well done and good luck with salem btw, it looks great and im sure will play even better

well it would certainly fit the setting, spears were the favorite weapon of the germanic tribes.I even think that
germans= ger mannen=spear people roughly translated of course

You do realize spears were used BEFORE swords?

and rifles were used before missiles but they are still efficiant killers, the point is spears are awesome and if they can be implemented into the game right they would be a massive help, and look great with a shield

If you make such threads try to at least put a little effort into them. Like what's their base damage, any possible stat bonuses, also as Sabinati "said", please try to use the search function another time.
