I would like it if the curiositys would work as sets. And if you study more parts of the set, you get more lp from each item. For example each item of one set boosts the lp gained of all setitems studied by 1-10%. More valuable items like stuffed bear add 10% or even more, common items like cone cow add only 1%.
For example: Itsys set: Itsy bitsys set: Itsy bitsys web, itsy bitsy spider, (itsy bitsys prey or some item like that)
Wilderness set: boar tusk, bear tooth, lucky rabbits foot and deer antlers
Playtime set: cone cow,tin soldier, stuffed bear, leather ball, primitive doll, toy chariot
Flowers: dandelion, uncommon dragon..., ladys mantle,
Mushrooms:...
Ants:...
You could even buff weaker curios like boar tusk in giving them a higher setvalue. They dont give much lp, but they add a great bonus to the other setitems.
For example: You made a stuffed bear, you would want to study it together with a bark boat and a cone cow. Lets say the bear grants an additional 10% lp, the boat 3% and the cone cow 1% this would total in additional 14% lp. The cone cow with base lp 50 would now grant 57 lp. I think the bark boat has 500 base so that would be 570...
It would people make trading for curios, and you would have to put a little more thought into which ones you use at given time. I think this would make the new system more fun.
