Hall of Fame and coins ideas

I have idea for use of coins:

Create a Hall of Fame - the list of 10 or maybe more? 100? most powerfull villages / players.
The "power" = the coins the village have. That might give the coins new usage and value.

And more, maybe the village money could be spent on altar to give some boost to villagers?

Or maybe - who is higher on the Hall of Fame list - gets more boosts (to LP, or skills , attributes?), constantly.

Something like this:

Village A has gathered most of coins in game and is on 1st place on the Hall of Fame list. This give them eg. +10% to stats and LP gain, quality.. etc
Village B hase one coin less is 2nd on the List, gets +9% etc etc.

Or

Village A has 5% of all coins ingame, so it gets +5% boost to everything. Connected with hall of fame... or not. Hall of Fame will inform other who raid a little disadventage for the boost.
