When turning to Generic Gouda, cheese should have a 1/3 chance to become regional roquefort, a cheese whose stats are random; determined by a seed number from the supergrid that cheese rack is in (RR will always be the same in one area, of course, otherwise it's not regional).

Could be cool to have another type of cheese, though i personally would prefer a const cheese other then generic gouda =).

i like the idea but it should be a proper recipe (possibly different for different locations) instead of a chance to get from gouda
