Hi,
I think it would be cool to be able to turn your houses to where u want the door to be at..So timber house, mansion and so on you could rotate to make door where you would like..

This, right now, would just create a whole new generation of cliff jumpers. However, in time, it might not be so bad.

In time as in right now. This is something the game should have had since the start of world 1.

Says you. Some of us around here see some of these concepts as a no-priority option. Yes, I'd like to have this, but it's hardly anything more than cosmetic.

it wont be just cosmetic, but im afraid it wont happen untill loftar decides to make this game into 3D.

I think it's sort of a waste of time because how the game renders objects, you can't really have west and north facing doors anyway. So free rotate seems a waste of time.
As an alternate option, why not a couple new houses instead? Like a stone cottage which is comparable to a log cabin, but the door faces south, and a clay/sod house, comparible to timber house, but with an east facing door? Edit: I think some of these are needed anyway, as there were more materials to make homes than just wood (and especially sod/clay homes are relevant and common to the technology level of the gameworld).
Also something simple like displaying where the door is on the ghost building when you place it to build, would be nice as for people who don't know where the doors are, can plan their plot positions better.
