Thoughts on the further development of Haven & Hearth? Feel free to opine!

well this building should work like a claim,, but it only affects plants and animals.
the builds has a tile radius dependant on its ql lv.
this building could a like a precursor to national parks.
functions that work like on/off
some functions/laws would be
chop/dont chop trees
harvest/ dont harvest crops
kill/preserve animals
allow plowing/ disallow plowing
etc.

it should also speed tree growth if suplied with some nature exilir (some special herb) and/or fertilizer (ash,slag combined and mixed with water)
this building could stop the trees chopping ravage around rod and ensure newbs will get a better start.

then the grievers that were chopping down trees would spam these with alts

the alts would still be unable to chop trees as long the altar isnt destroyed.
the altar can be destroyed => the effects/laws of in the readius disapear
if the altar is on a village claim of stakeclaim destroying it will leave a scent.
