Is it tasty?
I have both ingredients and I'm very bored and frustrated so I guess I could make that.

As I recall, jordan coles once said that Arvin looks like a shriveled potato. Stuffing this bacon mixture into the potato and baking it at 350ºf would make quite the side dish.

Haha, I made it because I am emptying my fridge before I go home to my hometown for the summer, so I didn't really have many other choices.
It's very good though, I usually have bacon + corn as a side to my hamburgers. If you want to make it a bit more creamy, squirt a small amount of ketchup and hamburger dressing in it.
