			Not sure what your point is but I suppose the advantage of boiling meat is that it's faster than roasting it? Besides, once you've got a metal/ceramic meat grinder you usually won't be bothered roasting it anymore because sausages provide more feps than roasted meat, unless you're planning on creating a dish that uses roasted meat.
