Remove separation from charter stones and RoB from noob room

New players are going to click the ladder first most times if not all, why not just given them a menu with "Ring of Brodgar" at the top of the list (unless there are charter stones turned on) ?

I assume you want charterstones to become the default spawning location instead of the RoB eventually yeah? I reckon most players these days don't know that they're choosing between RoB and novograd when they click the ladder.

Thought about this some days ago too, when i considered dropping a village at a mine and making it public with a charterstone. So i totally agree.
