tooltips

Thoughts on the further development of Haven & Hearth? Feel free to opine!

I have an idea, how about making tooltips more imformative. It would be alot easiery to see building(or crafting) materials with a mouseover in your menu, becouse it is very annoying that you have to start building(or crafting) something to see what you actualy need for what you are doing, its just realy time consuming.
I would realy like to hear your thoughts on that.

At least as the menu actions are implemented currently, there would be a problem with that, since the information would have to be duplicated and maintained in parallel, which would be horrible. With a future reimplementation of menu actions (which I am currently trying to formulate), it would be possible, but it would still have a couple of other problems; the foremost one being that the items that can be inputs would need yet another image to fit properly in a line of text, and I don't really think Jorb would be very amused by the idea of having to do that.

Further, up until only very recently, I haven't had a good way to render text so as to allow for such rich tooltips. However, let me provide a screenshot of the current test-client for the new combat system, as it has looked since yesterday:
