More on the farming wish list

Pulses and legumes. I'd really like to see you add pulses and legumes to the game. And fertilization -blood, ash, cow eggs. And a production bonus for exploiting new ground and for crop rotation.

And I'd like to see carpentry have a master-carpentry skill in the skill tree. Medieval carpenters really knew what they were doing, compared to the cheap mass produced lumber production we have today. I mean, they grew trees specifically to get the shapes they wanted, pruning them so they would get lumber at the angles they wanted. And they split lumber rather than sawed it, which makes it much stronger. And when lumber was going to be somewhere damp they put it root end upward so that the moisture would wick out of it....

And what about making the production of grains more complex to get a higher yield? As yet we neither thresh nor winnow, but that could add a whole other layer of possibility. And seed selection, there's another idea.

And what about crops in the turnip family? (Beware of feeding your cows on them as the milk is going to taste... off) Not to mention the crying lack of garlic in the game.

Also lye, made from wood ashes and water.
And soap.
And herbs like lavender.
And sea fish (I think someone else mention the crying need for more sources of seafood) I want shellfish! And shell necklaces and tools made of shell.
Shrimping nets.
Mother of pearl trinkets (like bearclaw necklaces, might give you crafting bonuses for example)
There was a thread on handcuffs that I didn't follow but the same technology could be used on fastening down my cows so they can't stray as fastening down people so they can't stray.

Also, when are we going to get any birds?? I'd be lost without the bees, but what about crows to do depredations on our wheat fields?

And it would be really nice if the cloth making skill was expanded so that one required a loom to weave cloth.

And I'd really like to get a drop spindle and distaff although that's just aesthetic since we have the spinning wheel, but why don't we have to use it to turn flax fibre into cloth?

Make hand powered millstones take longer than before, but add waterwheel and windmill powered mills!

Even if it would cost twice as much as a cabin i'd build a wind mill just because we can. :D
The ones who see things differently.

You can praise them, disagree with them, quote them, disbelieve them, glorify or vilify them. About the only thing you can't do is ignore them.
And while some may see them as the crazy ones, we see genius.
