level 1 deer herds

I just ran into 5 level 1 deer that spawned outside of laketown. Ridiculously easy kills. Not sure if this is a bug or not, but I wouldn't have expected it that close to civilisation

we have forest tiles along the road. So i guess they spawned here

its not exactly inarcurate.. deers do better near civilization then the wilds a lot of the time... just around where i live there are 1000's of deer that live nice and close.
