Opportunity Knocks cool down is too long

Seriously, even with combat meditation, it's like, about 5 or 6 strikes worth and you're already taking a gamble by using it. So far I'm only ever using this tactic to rapidly get initiative of tame animals to exploit init storage.

I concur. My name for this technique is "Opportunity Knocks Me Out" ;)
