How often do you defecate/urinate? (not troll thread)

Hi since all my friends think i pee too often (depending on how much fluids i drank,i pee around once every 20 minutes or so and later once every 30 minutes or so) i wanted to get to know how often you guys pee

I also feel urge to poop after every meal,making me poop around 3 times a day,and the thought i could do something pleasurable like listening to music or eating while having big nasty chunk of poo hiding in my anus drives me insane
in an OCD way

Also after i poop i need to wait like 5 minutes before being able to pee otherwise a bit of pee gets trapped between my penis and bladder causing a great discomfort
