Well yeah, someone would have to post their target first with the information and then I would update the post.

It's not a 30 token prize, it's how many tokens are currently available to exchange for skulls. I would update the image after someone collects a reward to reflect how many tokens remain. I have not decided if I will buy more if it runs out, would have to see how it goes.

Precisely, if other players choose to reward them they can do so but the token reward is meant to be greater incentive for taking the risk in the first place. The bounty hunters already get to keep whatever gear they get from their kills so if they don't feel like they need the skull then I am happy to buy it off of them for a sub token.

The exchange rate is one token it would only be more if the skull is worth significantly more than the base rate I have set.
