What was the initial question? Are you talking about changes to the way the Moot threads are dealt with?

Pretty much anything other than adding a sub-forum is available to the moderators. Leaving the threads alone is an option, merging to the megathread is an option, sending them all to Hel is an option. A more extreme option would be to start editing threads for better format or something at the very least but that can lead in to dangerous territory.

Honestly not really sure what you are expecting for an answer here, seems to me you're just looking to continue this lame argument.

Now was that so hard? Or is being helpful not required of by a Mod, just smartass snide comebacks?

Being helpful is always a nice thing. While smartass comebacks aren't a requirement for being a moderator, it's a skill that comes in handy at times.

Then why be a smartass when a question was asked?

If I had known the answer to my question, then there would have been no point in asking it. Since I asked, I had no idea of the answer.

It truely appears that Mods have become so jaded over the years that honest questions are meet with contempt.

Not really you're basically me a few months ago with a bone to pick, then one day I became a moderator and realized I was actually a huge asshole 50% of the time. Only 50% though, let's not get carried away here.

And what bone to pick is that? Asking questions I do not have the answer to? Asking Mods to be helpful and not smartasses? Ask Mods to explain things the first time and not give offhand remarks?

Wow, I guess I am an asshole for wanting a standard level of respectful customer service.

I was talking about myself but if you want to take it personally go ahead. I answered your question, is there anything else you require of me sire? Shall I fetch the goblet and wine? Sweep the floors? Rub the Lord's feet?

I'm a paying customer too.

RedKGB: don't think your instigation, petulance, and passive-aggressive posting has gone unnoticed among the mods here. Not one of us will take you seriously while it continues.

When you say "Your basically me a few months ago with a bone to pick". Yea, you are making it personal by being comperative.

Good, I hope to Mods do take notice. They have become jaded against honest respectful questions.

Mods are your front line representatives, their actions of customer service with or without snide remarks, have a direct impact on the game, and I am willing to say more impactful than bugs.

Devs should not be the happy, shake your hand, kiss the baby kind of person. That is not their function unless they want it to be. Mods on the other hand should be.

That is a problem, there is no formal way to bring a complaint up unless you send pm's.
