It's been over 24hours since I've had 61 points of starvation damage, and I've spend over two hours fed over 8k energy, waiting for it to regenerate, it did not regenerate even a single point.

Starvation leaves permanent damage to your body (RL) - the devs didn't take it that far in the game, but it needs time to heal.
Not a bug, unless it didn't reduce within some days.

Give it 24 hours and report back. This is one of the slower "heal on its own" wounds.

It seems that you need to logout while being fully fed, and it will regenerate like 30 points in 10 hours. Remove the topic
