Too many russian hats, how about some german ones?

-It's come to my attention that we are lacking culture in haven and hearth. We have the Kozhukh, the fox hat and the chieftans hat, which are all russian hats.

-If you notice ingame, the russians are running wild, and none seems able to stop them. I watched some old WW2 documentary and i thought, i know how to deal with this.

-We simply need to bring in a german fan base to balance out the russians and reach an equilibrium and german hats are the way.
You may be thinking that the russians may just team up with the germans and we will have a bigger problem on our hands, but if you watched the documentary you will know that's not what will happen.

-also if a jewish population happens to rise up, we will already hve a countermeasure in place. It's a win win.
