"dont build walls if you dont want to get walljumped"xD
There was a wise soviet conscript that was surrounded by the enemy on the battle of Stalingrad. A mortar shot teared his pants apart causing a big hole in his pants right on his right butt cheek. He felt a glorious cold ass breeze of wind on his butt cheek, like it would be sent by stalin himself, he said - hide your butts

I think the issue here is that because that it is a bug but two issues.
  • It is an exploit that is used for a purpose other than its intended usage and the result caused a large scale change.
  • The victim made a crucial security flaw.

No it's not. It's the most essential thing when it comes to this raid.
R'lyeh:
  • Gave away their charterstone name
  • Allowed spawning at it
  • Left their gate open so we could get LP on a char inside their village

You guys seems to be forgetting that the character that spawned on the charter stone did not have visitor debuff.

Their gate was wide open and their charter stone was completely unprotected. We spawned a character onto the charter stone (with no debuff),then walked out the gate put on curios, used an icicle, bought vandal and picked up all the mine hole materials, then ported back to his hearth fire inside (still no debuff). The character then built a mine hole inside the village with vandal and then we mined to their underground and went up the mine hole. Literally no bugs used. Wall off your charter stone or protect it better.

Its funny how many people are hopping on the hate wagon to get us nuked just purely because they are upset that we killed them or dislike our posts. Get over yourselves.

I think the crucial mistake people are making here is seeing a raided village, and immediately screaming "bugabouuouse", since it supposedly should require a ram. However, there are plenty of cases where making stupid mistakes can get your village raided even without a ram. One of them is letting people put their HFs inside of them. Another is accepting spies as villagers, and so on, and so forth. This was clearly a case of
r'lyeh letting people spawn in their village, for some reason.

I'd like to just point out that no one from R'lyeh in this thread is asking for a nuke or flinging shit at you.
