Tall order...

This is a very hard thread to read from the first post.

Ctrl+f "wall, palisade, hole, minehole, bug" no help...

Ah, found it with "bug" at the bottom of the second page:

Sorry, don't have the patience to read most of this!

I just watched the video, and from what I saw, entering through the minehole, there was no visitor debuff. With or without the wall existing previously, it still stands that the minehole as a village entrance should apply the Visitor Debuff same as a gate.

They then walked the character outside to get all the discos and mats and built a minehole inside with that character since hearthing by passes visitor debuff. Only way i can think of short of something even more shady.

We walked into the village got the charterstone name,
Inherited an alt into the village,
Walked alt to our main village,
Fed it icicle, got vandalism,
Placed minehole on alt,
Went up minehole!

we didnt get visitor on the alt as it spawned but IF we did we couldve
just walked out the gate and hearthed and them leaving their gates
open also allowed us to steal their horses and shit. We also
didn't even need to make a minehole but we preferred to do it as a
village raid rather than just one alt doing all the work xD?

there's plenty of things they couldve done to avoid it such as not allowing character spawns,
walling their charterstone, mining out the area below their village. e t c

Not very convenient for village.

ChildhoodObesity wrote:walling their charterstone

You'll need quite big walled area to charterstone works.

ChildhoodObesity wrote:mining out the area below their village

Not working at all. You can build mine over mined area.

All this could be done, if you know about a threat. But noone knows it before. Chair jumping also could be prevented with two tiles thick wall.

how can you argue "not convenient for village" lol, if ur using it tick it on and if not tick it off or simply close ur gates so people cant see ur charterstone name, if dis did it we wouldnt be screaming nuke because its not even a bug xDDD i dont even tihnk u guys shud be nuked for making ur village pretty much invincible no matter how gay it is, the chair walljump isnt even comparable to what we did

We're going to look at this tonight and say something about it.

Give them all 5% off their next purchase, thatll shut them up.
Early world exploit: Put your hearthfire inside a cave, then hold shift to position a claim right in front of a cave. After 8 hours the claim will be unbreakable. Since your hearthfire is inside the cave, you can still get back inside, and leave, but nobody will be able to enter, effectively making you unraidable for the first 3-7 days. Enjoy
