I would also like to know what happened. We can all save a lot of trouble for ourselves by simply PM:ing me with a report.

The only thing i can think of is they walked into the village, right clicked the charterstone to get a name from it (you can interact with charterstones with visitor debuff) and reincarnated a character with enough LP for vandal at it since they had the name. They then walked the character outside to get all the discos and mats and built a minehole inside with that character since hearthing by passes visitor debuff. Only way i can think of short of something even more shady.

If this is what they did, it's really no better than bug jumping because it's by passing the visitor debuff. Leaving a gate open should be just as safe as having it closed with that debuff in place.

if that is the case, the hearthlands demand justice!
There was a wise soviet conscript that was surrounded by the enemy on the battle of Stalingrad. A mortar shot teared his pants apart causing a big hole in his pants right on his right butt cheek. He felt a glorious cold ass breeze of wind on his butt cheek, like it would be sent by stalin himself, he said - hide your butts

Looks like they were just using game mechanics, no bug.
Early world exploit: Put your hearthfire inside a cave, then hold shift to position a claim right in front of a cave. After 8 hours the claim will be unbreakable. Since your hearthfire is inside the cave, you can still get back inside, and leave, but nobody will be able to enter, effectively making you unraidable for the first 3-7 days. Enjoy

tbh looks like some scummy trick with minehole abuse and since they did it and from the looks it didnt tell jorb about it they should suffer same fate as core last world, you dont find bugs, raid bases and then think about telling devs.

Not a bug, just game mechanics, just like surrounding a village with 10 pclaims, to make it unkillable.

Just game mechanics like throwing chairs over peoples walls to raid their base.

if that's what they did then maybe don't have a charter stone inside your village where anyone can access, maybe don't allow spawning on it, maybe close your gates

not a bug
