Blight is a plant disease which doesn't no accurately represent anyone here because no one here is destroying plants specifically. Yes I am being a little flippant .

It can also be used here in England to mean to spoil or harm or destroy, so you could say a person was a blight on the landscape for example.

It can be use in any country that speak English language I think. I use it here in United States America some time and no men have try to stopped me yet.
